Hot Showers/Baths - Lately I have been taking a lot of incredibly hot showers to reduce my pain. A lot of you have heating pads or heated blankets, which is a lot like this. The heat seems to relax my muscles and helps me relax overall. I also do some stretching while under the water to help loosen myself up even more.
It feels absolutely wonderful, so I just thought I’d share!

Wish I could do this. For some reason heat drains the little energy I get. My showers and baths have to be almost freezing.
